This short presentation describes what might be the most optimal and cost effective way to test and bring an idea to market. In this presentation we present the Lean Start-up Framework and Business Canvas Model that allows entrepreneurs to think about their idea in a structured way.
The most important points are:
1. Solve an existing problem
2. Test with clients before building anything (best test clients are decision makers)
3. Do not overestimate sales - it is the most important part!
